Not loosing the rhythm of life is very important to me and by living here I know what is happing in Klaipeda at all time. This building gives me two most important things: freedom (I can get anywhere from here) and privacy (I feel safe as if I live behind a defensive wall).

At this point in life two little and curious kids are at the center of my attention. It is very important to me to give them an opportunity of grow up in a place where they could play, explore, discover and be safe at the same time.

In this project, I admired the ability to bring together innovation and respect for the city's architecture – the building integrates well into the city’s downtown. Every little detail was taken into consideration and was done well.
